Mary Kate Gorman is a strategic advisor, published author, and lifelong mentor with a passion for helping young people discover their God-given worth. A graduate of Georgetown, MIT, and Harvard Business School, she brings academic credibility and real-world experience to every coaching session.
Mary Kate spent over a decade advising Fortune 500 companies on strategy, communications, and capital markets. As a Director at EY-Parthenon, she led transformational projects while also mentoring junior professionals, organizing charitable events, and publishing her first novel, ‘League, Love, and a Little Lipstick.’
Through her work with the Junior League and as a marathon fundraiser for youth charities, Mary Kate has raised over $50,000 for causes supporting children, education, and faith-driven community service. Worthyful is her calling—a space to nurture, guide, and affirm students as they step into their next chapter.
